Important information on End of Year Cafeteria Balances and Obligations

Students, the cafeteria will not allow or accept checks after Friday May 16th for depositing money into student meal accounts or paying off balances.  Payments will only be accepted in the form of cash, money orders or through the PayPams system which can be found by going to the district website under the Nutrition Services tab.  Seniors, all outstanding cafeteria balances must be paid off before graduation or they will be considered an unmet obligation. Any outstanding senior balances will be turned into the school offices as an unmet obligation by May 2nd.  All underclassmen, balances must be paid by the end of the school year, or they will be considered an unmet obligation. For Underclassmen, your balances and charges carry over into next school year.  If you have any charges with the cafeteria, please contact the cafeteria manager to take care of any remaining balances. St. Georges is having a Read-a-Thon!  Students can get a Sponsor Form from the Library or click on the link below.  You will need to get sponsors for reading to raise money for the B+ Foundation and a chance to win big prizes!

Calendar update for St. Georges due to weather related closings this past year:
May 12th is a school day for all students.

The last day for Seniors is now May 20th. Senior Exams will be on May 19th for periods 5,6,7,8 (full day) and May 20th for periods 1,2,3,4 (half day)

The last day for underclassmen will now be June 11th. Final exams will be June 10th and 11th, both half days.

T-shirts will go on sale next week for $15 and all proceeds go directly to B+ and aiding childhood cancer research and awareness.

Monday, March 24th KISS101.7's DJ Mellie Mel is coming to St. Georges!

This will kickoff our ticket sales for our "Hawk Fest" to benefit B+.

Hawk Fest is Friday, March 28th 6-9pm. Hawk Fest is a celebration where we gather as a community to Stand Up to Childhood Cancer and make a difference.  There will be a DJ, games, and food. Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door.

Afternoon School Bus Status Update:  A reminder that the 4:30 p.m. bus will run every Tuesday afternoon.  The last week of each marking period it will run on both Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  The 6:00 pm bus will run Monday through Fridays on a regular basis!  For transportation questions, please contact Jim Connor, Assistant Principal.
